Monique McCarroll has more than 15 years experience in public
affairs and corporate communications. She has a public
agency background, which includes 8 years working for water
municipalities in Southern California. Monique then
worked for several years with Fortune 500 companies such as
TRW, Northrop Grumman and Honeywell after earning her MBA from
the University of Southern California. Her undergraduate
degree is in Public Relations from California State University
at Long Beach.
At Govig Water, Monique enjoys combining her communications
skills with her business acumen. This combination allows
her to focus on helping candidates find the "ideal
opportunity" while driving a true "business
partnership" with her clients.
During her tenure in the Water industry, Monique came to
realize the powerful impact of water on a regional and global
level. As a recruiter, she's thrilled to be part of the
solution which helps "talent meet opportunity" in
the water and wastewater industry.
At Govig Water, Monique specializes in the placement of
Project Engineers, Project Managers and Construction Managers
within the Water and Wastewater industry.
During off hours, Monique spends time with her family,
friends and her dog, Indy.
