Teresa is the Project Manager for the Southeast region of
the country. She specializes in the placement of key
management positions within the Senior Care industry.
She understands how one great employee can impact your
organization.
A native of Arizona, Teresa has a background in the
hospitality industry, with 10+ years experience in
management. This allows her to understand the importance
of service and the need to listen to the concerns of her
candidates. She prides herself on the relationships she
has built, not the resumes she has collected. This
enables her to look past the skill set and see the person,
because in the end, people only hire people they like.
In her spare time (not much), she tries to keep up with her
three teenagers.
