Alison Drumm has been successfully recruiting nationally and exclusively in Senior Housing and Long Term Care since 1998. She works on "C" level positions as well as Vice President and Regional roles. Alison and her team also work on property level positions such as Executive Directors/Administrators, Sales & Marketing, DONs/Directors of Resident Care, MDS, Financial, Food & Dining and HR. She has a Bachelor of Science: Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
Alison ranked in the top ten out of approximately 4,000 recruiters within the MRI Network every year from 2008 - 2013 and her LinkedIn.com profile was in the top 1% of the most viewed profiles for 2013.
