Govig executive recruiters, Ben Vosika and Heather Rittenhouse, recently attended the Sales Operation Leadership Council (SOLC) forum held March 14th-15th in Bridgewater, NJ. SOLC is a community of sales operations leaders working in small to mid-tier life science companies. They hold multiple forums each year designed to exchange ideas, share solutions and explore new technologies in the field of sales operations. Topics covered included incentive compensation, forecasting / targeting and data management.
